These press brakes exert up to 191 tons of force to bend metal, with a maximum bending length of 126 inches. Whatever three-dimensional shape the project requires, our machines can convert the parts through compression, shear, tension or a combination of these factors.
  • Welding: Heavy machinery components, such as boom, arms and frames, require multiple plates to be joined as one structural unit. We use metal inert gas (MIG) and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum components. MIG typically offers shorter lead times and lower costs, making it well-suited for high-volume production. TIG is more appropriate if you need higher-quality components that require more precision, strength and visual cleanliness.

Our powder coating creates a harder, more weather-resistant finish than traditional paint, essential for parts exposed to moisture, abrasion and impact. It also improves corrosion-resistance and resistance to heat, cold, water and ultraviolet radiation.
  • CNC machining: CNC machining works best for specialized parts with intricate designs that require tight tolerances. We fabricate these parts through milling, drilling, sawing and tapping, with the help of computer-aided design files and preprogrammed software.
