EDCO Fabrication can take your aluminum project from first cut through finish with our suite of services:

• Laser cutting: EDCO Fabrication’s laser cutting services use Trumpf TruLaser™ cutting equipment to make precise cuts on aluminum up to 0.6 inches thick.
• Forming: Wysong and Trumpf press brakes help us shape aluminum parts to meet your project specifications.
• Welding: Our welding department has industrial welding tables and years of experience with aluminum, making it well-suited for large-run jobs.
• Powder coating: Aluminum is corrosion-resistant, and some alloys are especially well-suited to marine environments, but in some applications, added coatings are needed. We offer a range of powder coating solutions for many applications.
• CNC machining: Our CNC machining department drills, mills, taps and saws aluminum to create precise finished parts.
• Assembly: We offer general part assembly and nationwide shipping. Our multiple assembly lines support streamlined turnaround.

For projects that require a balance of strength, formability and corrosion resistance, we commonly work with ⅛-inch 5052-H32 aluminum. This is a strong, non-heat-treatable alloy.
